    1. How quickly are support requests handled?

    Most requests are dealt with the same working day. Urgent issues raised via WhatsApp are typically picked up within the hour during business hours.

    2. What counts as a minor content change?

    Text edits, swapping images, updating a phone number, adding a new review — anything that takes a few minutes. These are included in your hosting plan at no extra cost.

    3. What if I need bigger changes or new pages?

    Larger updates — new pages, layout changes, added functionality — are quoted separately. Charlie will always let you know the cost upfront before doing any additional work.

    4. My site seems slow or something looks broken — what do I do?

    Use the form above or WhatsApp Charlie directly. Include as much detail as you can — what page, what device, and a screenshot if possible. He'll investigate and fix it as a priority.
